工作职责：

1. 负责高分子材料及原料的研究与分析；
2. 建立产品技术规范、原材料规范、测试方法和其它技术资；
3. 优化工艺流程，解决生产现场存在的工艺、技术问题；
4. 负责完成产品的试产报告与工艺分析报告；
5. 负责生产工艺培训及技能鉴定考核；
6. 独立统筹完成新项目开发任务；
7. 制定研发工艺流程、工艺参数及产品标准。

任职要求：

1. 本科及以上学历，高分子化学与物理、材料学等相关专业，具有相关工作经验者优先，具有相关专业知识且熟悉研发流程；
2. 对塑料薄膜行业有较为深入的了解，熟悉塑料薄膜、成膜研发、生产工艺及应用；
3. 英语六级及以上，能熟练使用office办公软件；
4. 有软包装产品生产工艺经验优先考虑。
