Executive Assistant to Managing Director
Job Duties
1. Represent the Managing Director by welcoming visitors, reviewing correspondence, arranging events, and answering questions.
2. Facilitate corporate travel by arranging itineraries, transportation and lodging. Host local and overseas visitors with care and attention to detail.
3. Manage the office environment include office supplies, mail, and services.
4. Work independently without extensive supervision.
5. Document meetings, events, and follow up items clearly and concisely.
6. Study processes in office and between departments, suggest and gain support for changes.
7. Complete special projects as assigned by Managing Director.
Requirements
1. Exceptional and concise oral and written communication. Native Mandarin speaker with strong English. Ability to speak Cantonese is a plus.
2. 5 years clerical experience. Experience working at an international firm is preferred.
3. Strong customer service attitude, patient and detail oriented, eager to take responsibility, learn, grow, and achieve results.
This position is based in our Shenzhen, China office and reports to Managing Director, Asia/Pacific
