工作职责：

1.处理公司应付帐款,用相关的ERP系统和银行网站来进行TT和LC的付款

2.负责审核付款发票,将付款发票录入到ERP系统中,并且将正确无误的付款发票上传到相关的银行网站安排付款

3.对付款状态与银行和客户保持沟通和联系,同时进行后续的反馈,跟踪和文件归档

任职资格：

1.大专或以上学历

2.接受实习生申请。如有一年以上相关工作经验,有相关贸易公司应付帐款工作经验者优先

3.良好的英语读写能力

4.熟悉操作电脑Windows和Microsoft Office软件

5.良好的责任感，工作细心

Job Responsibilty:

1.Responsible for accounts payable in treasury team, use ERP systems and Bank's website to process LC and TT payment.

2.Carefully double check the payment invoices, ensure to entry the correct invoice information into ERP systems and upload the invoices to Bank websites to arrange payment.

3.Assist to communication with the Bank and the customer for the payment subsequent feedback, tracking and filing.

Job Requirement：

1.Education of college level or above

2.Accept internship. Relevant work experience of one year or above, experience on AP accounts in trading company is an advantage

3.Good command of English reading and writing

4.Familiary with Windows and Microsoft Office software on computor

5.High resposibility and conscientious
