1）参与Transcoding产品开发，
职位要求：
1）一年以上Python实际项目开发经验；熟悉网络编程、多进程管理和面向对象
2）有流媒体相关开发经验者优先，如流媒体服务器、播放器、转码器、视频监控等
3）良好的代码开发和自测习惯
4）熟悉Linux开发环境
5）有较强的学习能力，具备良好的编码习惯
6）有团队合作精神，主动积极的沟通能力
