职位描述
Main Objective:
? Marketing intelligence set up within available data pool to provide advanced business solution.
- Set up CRM KPI/result tracking on regular basis - pull relevant consumer database for omni-channel activities.
- Regular report on recruitment/conversion/retention, new product launch consumer tracking report, link sell report and ad-hoc reports requested by business related functions
- Ad-hoc client business analysis for top management.
? Campaign Plan & execution:
- Neolane CRM omnichannel Campaign Management (wechat, mobile, clienteling on all channels)
- Client campaign targetting, execution, follow-up, reporting, analysis and recommendation
? Data Quality management. Cleaning, merging, accuracy accross all channels
? Closely work with different departments including retails, PM and IT.
Profiles We are looking for:
? Strong strategic & analytical capability, with solid CRM knowledge and experience. At least 3 years’ relevant experience.
? Familiar with database software, such as SQL, Adobe Campain or other CRM Campaign Management tool.
? Excellent data analytical and project management skills.
? Good understanding of business
? Solid consumer and product knowledge
? Perfectly bilingual in Mandarin and English and in both written and oral communication
