JOB SUMMARY

    

Lead a group of technician to maintain cable assembly production equipment, tooling and fixture, able to design and provide specification for tooling, fixture fabrication and automatic equipment that meet production requirement. Provide Preventive maintenance for production equipment mainly for mechanical equipment, ensure standard SOP in production line, solving problems on time and drive continually improvement. 

    

    

JOB DESCRIPTION

    

    

Provide solution for the abnormal issue happened in production line;

    

Work with Mechanical engineering to provide and assure preventive maintenance for production equipment base on equipment control data;

    

Assure tooling, fixture, equipment that can fulfill assembly requirement;

    

Timely review process quality data and find the top issues for continuous improvement;

    

Timely review with Mechanical engineering for machine downtime performance to find the best method to make machine stable and consistent output;

    

Standard SOP to direct the suitable process operation;

    

Participate the quality complaint review with internal and supplier team together;

    

Accept and evaluate work order from planning and complete on time;

    

Leader or member of some Lean initiative create the continuous improvement;

    

Review with mechanical engineering to maintain an inventory record for all spare parts;

    

    

QUALIFICATIONS and EXPERIENCE

    

    

Bachelor degree with major in Mechanical/Auto-machine engineering.

    

Minimum 5 years of experience of manufactory engineering/mechanical engineering (Both ME and PE experiences will be preferred)

    

Knowledgeable in field of the fixture design, machine adjustment and maintenance.

    

Familiar with crimping machine, injection machine adjustment and maintenance.

 

    

SkILLS AND COMPETENCIES

    

    

Good English skill, both writing and speaking

    

Good communication and problem solving skill

    

AutoCAD, MS office

    

Good skills in Lean, DOE, FMEA
