职位描述Job Description:

1、维护客户资源，定期走访联系，保持客户关系的稳定；

Maintain customer resources, on-site visit customers regularly and keep good relationship ;

2、负责酒店类项目的售后管理，收集客户意见、产品使用信息、市场趋势等信息。积极监控竞争公司的情况，与管理层共同制定市场拓展计划；

Responsible for after-sales management of hotel projects, collecting customer feedback on product usage and market trends. Monitor competitors’ doing and figure out action plan with management to expand market share.

3、处理客户日常需求和投诉，及时跟踪解决，并向公司提交客户服务报告，有助于产品迭代及品质的提升；

        

Follow up and monitor customers’ daily demands and complaints, manage and solve the conflicts timely, and submit customer service reports to the company in a regular basis, which help to improve product quality.

4、宣传并推广品牌和产品，适时向客户培训产品知识及使用方法，减少产品在使用过程中的损耗，提高客户满意度；

Promote brands and products, timely train customers on product knowledge and the good way to use our products, to reduce the breakage and damage of products during usage and maintenance, to enhance customer satisfaction and customer retention.

5、利用现有的客户资源，探寻业务拓展机会，推动促成产品的再次销售，增强品牌效应及提高产品销量；

Explore extra business opportunities with existing customers, and enhance brand effect and drive sales growth.

    

    

6、 领导交办的其他任务。

岗位要求 Job requirements:

1、大专以上学历，至少3年以上酒店用品行业客户服务管理岗经验；

College degree or above, at least 3 years of customer service management experience in hotel supplies industry.

2、英文听说读写熟练，可作为工作语言；

Proficient in English listening, speaking, reading and writing, capable of using English as a working language.

3、良好的商务谈判和沟通能力，较强的学习和适应能力，在短时间内快速了解中高端瓷器和酒杯的产品特征及行业特点；

Good business negotiation and communication skills, strong learning and adaptability, able to quickly understand the product and industry characteristics of medium to high-end porcelain and wine glasses in a short time.

4、具有较强的人际交往能力和语言表达能力，乐观、自信、敬业，责任心强，有团队精神；

Strong interpersonal skills and language skills; optimistic, confident, dedicated, responsible and a team player.

5、能适应频繁出差。

Able to travel frequently.
