Vestel’s manufacturing facilities are located in Turkey. Vestel city is the largest industrial complex in Europe, in a single location, with an area of 1.1million square meters.

Vestel has a sourcing organization for electrical and mechanical components, semi-finished and finished products in China. Currently, over hundreds suppliers from Far East providing a wide range of products to Vestel. Company is looking for new employees to expand its operations in newly established office in Shanghai, China.

The Sourcing Engineer will take important part in efforts of exploring, initiating and developing new suppliers. The main responsibilities for this position will be as follows:

采购工程师将在探索、发展和开发新供应商的过程中发挥重要作用。岗位主要职责如下：

· Searching new suppliers.

负责新供应商开发

· Conducting factory audits, commercial and technical discussion.

指导工厂审核，负责商业和技术洽谈

· Follow suppliers’ approval process.

跟进供应商审批流程.

· Target cost down or quality improvements with new suppliers.

与新供应商达成降低成本或提高品质的目标

· Support Purchasing/R&D/Logistic for communication with suppliers.

协助采购/研发/运输部门与供应商的沟通

· Analyze Market trends for different component groups.

掌握，分析各种元器件的市场发展趋势

QUALIFICATIONS：

任职资格：

· BS degree in Electrical, Net communication Suppler Chain management, International trade

本科及以上学历，电子，网络通讯供应链管理、国际贸易专业

· more than 3 years related working experience.

三年以上相关工作经验

· Good spoken and written English.

良好的英语口语和写作能力

· Good communication, positive attitude, patience.

良好的沟通能力，积极的工作态度和耐心

· Microsoft office knowledge.

熟练运用PPT, Excel等电脑办公软件

Requirements:

岗位要求：

· Internship from sourcing, purchasing and related supplier chain will be preferred.

有Sourcing 、Purchasing 及供应链相关工作经验者优先

· Experience in LCD TV, LCD module, Tablet PC, smartphone manufacturer will be preferred

有液晶电视、液晶模块、平板电脑、智能手机制造经验者优先

· Project management skills, working in a matrix Organization to managing a cross-functional team in order to achieve new product objectives.

良好的项目管理技能和团队协作能力，能协调好各职能团队实现新产品目标

· Be able to travel to supplier's plants, inside and outside China

可以出差去国内外供应商的工厂

· The individual in this role will act as commercial and technical interface between suppliers and Vestel.
