Job Description:

1. Support mobility COE to oversees day to day international relocation of new hires and transferring/assigees for inbound & outbound Asia, including issue relocation/assignment letters, follow up work permit/ visa application status, arrange transportation and accommodation.

2. Closely follow up with related parties to monitor the hires and transfer, assignment to be done based on the target closely.

3.Provide necessary supports/information to related parties for the hires and transfer and assignment based on the request, such as collecting shadow payroll, expense reports and travel record etc.

4. Reviews information (tax, immigration, relocation, benefits) to prepare cost estimates for Global Mobility COE review

5.Ensures relocation documentation and web information updated in the system on a regular basis

6. Extend support to Global mobility COE to conduct employees briefing for their hires, transfer and assignment, in order to let employees, understand the benefits and arrangements for their movements in host country.

7. Extend support to COE Global Mobility on Vendor Management, e.g. invoice review, billing release, contract manage, services review and vendor scorecard.

8. Handle tax benefit plan for locally hired foreigners in China, including conduct briefing for employees, remind employees provide to fapiaos for reimbursement, inform finance to review fapiao and HR for tax benefit release.

9.Prepare kinds of reports, PPT based on the request from COE

Job Requirement:

1.Bachelor’s degree or above in HR Management, Business administration, English or related majors

2.One - year HR experience in multiple-national company

3.Good oral and written English

4.Good at office tools, such as excel, PPT and word etc.

5.Good communication skills

6.Self-starter and team work spirit

7.Passionate customer focus

8.Thoughtful, fast, disciplined execution
