Job title: (Central Business Development Dept) - Marketing Manager


Reports to: Sales and Marketing Director - Great China


Main responsibilities:
1. Actively involves in the marketing strategy definition of the company
2. Design and implement marketing plan of the company
3. Build up and improve company brand awareness through an innovative B2B
marketing approach
4. Collect and analyze market intelligence to support strategic decisions making
5. Be responsible for daily management of company marketing team with high efficiency
6. Animate the marketing job family (company marketing team and business unit
marketing coordinators) and build a strong marketing team through a strong
leadership
7. Collaborate with business unit managers and other support functions with strong
team spirit



Main requirements
1. Bachelor and above degree in business administration, engineering, or technical
management
2. Dual education for technical and commercial/management is preferred
3. Work experience in marketing, market research, management consulting, etc.
4. Structural and strategic thinking
5. Proficient knowledge and rich experience (>5 years) for B2B Marketing
6. Has more than 2 year experience to handle media relationship
7. Familiar with new marketing approach: Social Media, Direct Marketing, On-line
campaign
8. Has hands-on experience to directly manage big marketing events (gala dinner, client
seminar, media conference, exhibition, etc.)
9. Knowledge and experience of market intelligence collection and analysis
10. Good communication and presentation skills
11. Good command of English (oral and written), knowledge of French is preferred
12. Good at Microsoft software (PPT, Excel, Word)
