Founded in 1995, eBay connects a diverse and passionate community of individual buyers and sellers, as well as small businesses. Ebay Talent Acquisition team is searching a Sourcer for APAC region.
Talent Acquisition Sourcer will be responsible for developing innovative and aggressive methods to source, evaluate and pipeline candidates across all APAC region. In addition, the TA Sourcer builds candidate pools or databases, identifies potential candidates and uses cost-effective sourcing techniques to attract applicants, minimizing the use of external agencies. The TA Sourcer fosters and cultivates relationships with key candidates and large-scale healthcare talent pools to deliver upon both immediate short-term needs and strategic long-term networks to be leveraged up to one to three years downstream.

Responsibility:
?Partners with the Recruiter/Hiring Manager and the hiring teams to set appropriate expectations, and build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing strategies,Capitalize recruiting tools and internal programs to source quality candidates for assigned positions.
?Builds and maintains network of potential candidates through pro-active market research and on-going relationship management; conducts in-depth interviews of potential candidates, demonstrating ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences.
?Recommends ideas and strategies related to recruitment that are efficient and scalable to support long-term growth of the company and changes in the business. Reviews and revises current processes and a regular basis. Implements process revisions and new process.
?Screens candidates to ensure they align with the job requirements and company culture. Coaches the candidate on what to expect and provide feedback when necessary. Prepares an ideal candidate slate within an appropriate and consistent timeline.
?Participates in special projects/recruiting initiatives including assessment of best practices in interviewing techniques and leveraging of internal talent.
?Ensures sourcing processes and strategies are legally sound, follow our corporate policies and practices, and accurately documented in our ATS.
?Works with the hiring managers to develop and implement creative, proactive and effective recruiting strategies related to short and long term recruitment needs; this includes competitive intelligence, researched-based candidate pipeline development and proactive network generation
Qualification:
?BA/BS degree in business, communications, human resources or related;
?Minimum of 5 years recruitment and/or sourcing experience in Retail/FMCG and IT industry, previous experience in using linkedin is a plus;
?Knowledge of information technology, including Microsoft Office suite and applicant tracking systems, as well as various methods of creative Internet sourcing (e.g., blogs, social and professional networking sites, Boolean search logic, search modifiers, Internet dating-mining techniques).
?Skilled in critical sourcing tasks, such as cold calling, competitor direct sourcing techniques, and prescreening methods to determine if candidates are a fit for a defined position;
?Deep passion and expertise in sourcing for passive candidates using nontraditional tools.
?Ability to research, gather market intelligence and talent landscape.
?Ability to deliver results with little supervision and to effectively manage multiple projects and candidates.
?Ability to meet standard measurements of success for staffing, such as annual hiring and pipeline conversion goals.
