Job Description:
- Responsible for Sales activities with customers in the region
- Drive account business development together with other departments (i.e. regional Marketing, AE, Logistics, BA, QM, etc.) to support customer's requirements, in an effective and profitable manner
- Provide systematic account development plan, in alignment with regional Marketing plan. Drive achievements in terms of Sales revenue, Design-Win revenue, CSI, Sales forecasts, order pursuing, optimal pricing, delivery performance, customer strategic alliance and gross margin per account
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor or Master Degree in Electronics Engineering or related field
- At least 8 years related working experience, particularly in Sales key account development function
- Fluent in spoken & written Chinese and English (mandatory)
- Good presentation & communication skills and an excellent team player
- Ability to work under high pressure
- Be able to travel independently in domestic and overseas
