Objective:
Key person in charge of Brand Merchandising (both hard and soft), including counter design & construction, assortment on-counter display, visual management and control within the Brand guidelines.

Responsibilities:
- Designs counters layouts and manages assortment displays within the Brand guideline
- Works closely with headquarters for merchandising and visual control
- Coordinates and controls counter construction and merchandising displays production
- Supports Marketing for counter display, animation, new product launch as per the Marketing Calendar
- Assists BGM on budgeting CAPEX for counter construction, new launch displays and animation program and consolidates to define the annual merchandising budget

Requirements:
- In-depth experience in merchandising;
- Familiar with interior design and graphic design;
- Perfect practice of AutoCAD is a must, Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop a plus;
- Good understanding of cosmetics/luxury selective retailing environment
- Good communication and cooperation skills
