Role Purpose | Roll out POS system to corporate stores and franchise store . Providing ongining daily IT support like hardware, software, POS system, training and new store opening (near 300 shops after 2011) |

1. Shop Opening Support | § Setup and maintain clear IT shop opening procedure § Coordinate shop opening / closing matters between IT, Retailing division and outsource company § Follow up POS system roll out schedule to ensure all tasks are finished in time | 40% |
2. POS Daily Support | § Hardware and Network troubleshooting § POS system troubleshooting § Work closely with outsource company to solve any IT related issue in shop § Second level support to shop (after Key User) § POS system regular training to key users | 20% |
3. Retailing Asset and Document Management | § Hardware / License / VPN Applying and Purchase § Manage CFS Fixed Assets § Establish and Fine-tune SOP for IT Retailing support § Maintain POS system documents | 20% |
4. POS system enhancement | § Standarize and simplify POS system structure (hardware / software / network) § Continuous study RMS functionality and fulfill them in retailing operation § Develop POS system report to meet company reteailing operation requirements § Upgrade system § Coordinate with POS system vendor | 20% |
