Description:

• Project coordinator for service operations including mergers and acquisitions
• Service Ops training program development
• Identify and recommend new processes and organizational structures to optimize productivity
• Analyze new business functional requirements to identify procedures and decision flows that satisfy the organization’s business goals and objectives
• Standardize service processes across regions
• Assist to manage the project communications across stakeholders, subject matter experts, executives and other internal groups through effective written and verbal communication
• Assist to plan and execute the business change management of new tools and processes into the business teams – partnering with the regional SDM peer to implement the change management  including items such as communications, training, support plan and user documentation for standardized global processes

• Project Management Skills; Proved records of leading or participating projects;
• Ability to exhibit patience, tact, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude when addressing complaints and problems from customers;
• Ability to train small and large groups; experience of training preferred;
• Motivational skills, innovative/creative skills;
• Analytical and problem solving skills;
• Able to perform multiple tasks simultaneously, able to balance short and long term goals;
• Strong Interpersonal skills;
• Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin (written and verbal);

• Ability to utilize general computer literacy;
