Major Responsibilities :

• To assist the Manager, Implementation Supervision in supervising the end-to-end process of implementing new/updated regulatory and Group requirements, self-checks and/or surveys.
• To help consolidate and comments on compliance risk assessments, develop mitigation plans and hold briefing sessions with business and/or functional units.
• To maintain a good tracking system on regulatory reporting.
• To help draft implementation supervision plans and monitor relevant progress.
• To liaise with other compliance teams to strengthen the compliance management processes.

Incumbent Requirements :

• University degree in Finance, Auditing or Law
• 3 to 5 years banking experience in compliance or auditing in banking preferred
• Strong knowledge on regulatory policy and procedures
• Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese
