工作职责：

• 业务支持工作：
• 部门业务文件协助制作：对接业务部门根据合伙人或律师的业务需要，协助进行文件准备、数据收集、市场调查、投标文件制作、入库资料准备、文件制作及美化等。
• 部门市场开发文件制作：根据合伙人市场开发、宣传、参加外部活动等工作的不同需求，按要求制作相应的市场开发文件；
• 根据合伙人及部门需要，配合开发及维护客户关系。

• 金杜联盟成员所、金杜国际中心及其他涉外工作：
• 境外办公室合伙人交流访问：联络、安排及接待，安排相关访问与业务交流行程，对接深圳合伙人，组织开展相关会议、培训及活动等。
• 联盟、国际中心日常对接联络及相关配合工作。
• 国际中心业务小组对接：国际中心业务小组工作开展，配合合伙人定期梳理相关项目、召开主题会议、制作文件等。

                                        

• 协助市场及客户活动的组织与举办工作：
• 根据部门合伙人及业务团队需要，组织开展活动，参会客户信息收集整理及其他跟进事宜。
• 协助事务所层面市场活动、会议的组织开展。

                

• 市场部其他工作及上级领导安排的其他工作。

        

    

岗位要求

    

1，本科及以上学历，市场营销，英语等相关专业；1-3年工作经验，优秀者可放宽至应届生。

    

2，精通英语，CET6以上，具备中英文书写及沟通技巧，能够熟练使用PPT等office办公软件；（如有PPT作品请附上）

    

3，具有律所或外企相关经验优先，具有组织活动，广告，营销相关工作经验优先；

    

4，学习适应能力强，善于沟通，团队协作意识强，具备务实和主动担当能力。
