1. Handle shipping document, B/L and cargo manifest;
2. Handle Arrival notice to shipper, receivers;
3. Reply inquiries by Principles, Shippers and Receivers;
4. Coordinate with agents, suppliers and Port Authorities ;
5. Check supplier invoices, filing and data entry;
6. Prepare various month reports;
7. Updating vessel's pre-arrival / arrival / departure movement to Principals;
8. Peform outdoor works / Terminal visit / Port formalities declarations.

任职要求：

1. 大专以上学历，物流或船舶、航运等相关专业, CET4级或以上;
2. 一年以上船代操作经验, 对船舶进出港流程有一定的了解;
3. 熟悉物流海运行业；
4. 积极的工作态度，学习能力强，细心，善于沟通协调，熟练操作办公自动化软件;
5. 海事大学毕业优先考虑.
