工作职责：

一、行政事务

1.接听来电，接待到访供应商

2.购买办公用品

3.办理新员工入职手续

4.记录考勤并发每日考勤给公司总部（以及每月考勤汇总）

5.接收快递包裹、拆包裹、并整理收到的样品，每周一、三、五将收到的样品寄出给荷兰总部

6.为来深圳出差的同事预定酒店、安排车辆接送等

7.组织公司活动

8.处理日常邮件

9.其他行政相关事务

二、 财务方面

1.快递费、样品费的给付，并做好每一笔款项的记录

2.做好每月财务报表（简易型的），整理好收据，并发给荷兰总部财务以及代表处的会计

三、经理交代的其他事务

要求：

1.工作认真、仔细

2.英文熟练

3.有较强的组织能力

4.熟练办公软件，excel, word, outlook等

5.有相关行政经验者优先
