Job Responsibility

？ Weekly Build plan arrangement : Be responsible for weekly or daily plan order firming and releasing plan orders to Factories or CMs based on the demands and targets requirement, working closely with the other related functions to make sure the plan is executed which including capacity and materials review and factory readiness, etc.

？ Daily shipment arrangement : be responsible for the product PGI commit on the order fulfillment and shipment performance driving; be responsible for the product line Fill Rate in supply response and also controlling the Inventory Turnover at a reasonable level.
？ CMs and Factory forecast review : taking consideration of the capacity min utilization, materials supply, product Qual and ramp up plan, technology transfer plan, etc.

？ Excess/Aging inv review: work with US planning/POM team to have disposition/consume plan for excess/aging inv to reduce bad inv
？ New product arrangement : Coordinate with US planning /POM team and execution/NPI on the new product or new technology ramp up, and also working with US Planning team and Asia execution team on the E&O and aging materials disposition.
？ Root cause analysis and follow up to corrective actions when a shortage of material impacts weekly production plan, Expedite and coordinate special arrangement when needed.
？ Establish a communication between planning in other sites


Requirement:

？ 3-5 years above planning experience in supply chain planning, Experience working in the Semiconductor industry, in an environment such as wafer FAB, wafer SORT, Assembly, Testing and IE background is an advantage.
？ Good skill on Microsoft, Experience in Tableau is plus
？ Fundamental understanding of what a modern ERP system is. SAP/ Oracle/I2 experiences is a plus.
？ The ideal individual must have proven ability to achieve results in a fast moving, dynamic environment and able to work effectively cross functionally with management and team members in different time zones.
？ Fluent English communication skills
？ BS/BA degree and equivalent
