工作职责

• Design servo controller for HDD’s slider tester. Simulate, analyze, design and optimize a servo controller for seek, settle and track following performance.
• Develop servo electronic for HDD’s slider tester. Design and optimize the spindle motor and voice coil motor BEMF control performance.
• Develop servo firmware and software for HDD’s slider tester.
• Analyze, debug and fix hardware and firmware/software related issues.
• Communicate and work with other teams (China/US/ Philippines/Japan/Thailand) to FA the issues and improve product yield.

职位要求：

• Requires automatic control related Engineering Master degree;
• In depth knowledge of controller design/tuning and mechanical system modeling
• Proficient in using MATLAB and its tool boxes for control design, signal processing and data analysis
• Strong knowledge and experience on theory and implementation, as well as firmware and hardware.
• Ability to troubleshoot and analyze complex problems;
• Self-motivated and self-directed, however, must have demonstrated ability to work well with people;
• Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of English language both written and spoken
