职位描述

Key Responsibility area and main tasks:

Host meetings with customers.  Promote solutions / products / services to customers. Collect customers' demands / issues / competition intelligence / marketing data;

Create quotations and sales materials, participating in bidding processes;

Understand customers’test strategies, requirements and road-maps, and support to develop company's sales strategies and account plan together with Sales Director / Country Manager, as well as implement sales plan..


Responsibilities:

-  Work with Country Manager to develop the Sales Strategy and Account Plan of South China;

Be responsible for managing overall relationship between Orbis Systems and all key customers of South China;

Represent specific Orbis Systems products & service offerings;

Be responsible for maintaining and increasing customer engagement at all organizational levels: decision makers, management and technical specialists;

Achieve sales targets and assigned tasks;        

-  Forecast customers' demands and update on CRM / ************** on time.  


Critical points of success:

Be familiar with 5G RF & OTA Test technologies, solutions and applications. Better to know electro-mechanical automation in production test.

 -  Fluent and credible in communications in both Chinese and English. 

 -  Capable to create high quality sales documentation and materials for solution sales.

 -  Excellent negotiation skills to engage customers' management, engineers and purchase specialists.

 -  Capable to understand customers' technical requirements and demands, as well as testing technology and its trends.

 -  Capable to demand supporting organization to work efficiently according to customers’ needs, through the whole lifecycle from RFQ to delivery.

Capable to think strategically, and able to define and execute strategy in systematic ways.

-   Problem solving attitude and skills.    


Education:

University degree on Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications or Radio Engineering, or similar majors. Better to have a degree of  business management.
