Responsibilities:

1.Verify Suppliers’ invoices that did not conform to the pre-defined business rules which GeoFlow identifies and marks them for further evaluation;

2.Resolve discrepancies and disputes with suppliers ensure all invoices accepted are correct and legitimate;

3.Process payment to suppliers in 12 countries timely and accurately;

4.Consolidate supplier’s expenses for all 12 countries; apply agreed indexes to convert the expense to bill client entity in Hong Kong in USD;

5.Prepare backup file for client invoicing, resolve billing dispute if any;

6.Maintain rates in GeoFlow for invoice validation purposes;

7.Produce regularly finance related reports, e.g. forecasts, accrual, spend report as appropriate.

Requirements:

1.Bachelor or above, major in Logistics or Finance /Accounting is preferred;

2.Experience in Customer Fulfilment Management ,elevator field experiences is preferred;

3.Adaptability,accurate,patientt,analytical;

4.Taking ownership,teamwork and collaboration ,good communication skills;

5.5.Good technical and data collection/analysis skills(excel);

6.Good English both in oral and written.

7.Finance working experience is a plus.
