职位描述：

1、通过电话拜访亚太区 OEM/ODM/EMS 电子制造企业客户，了解其生产过程中紧缺电子元器件的需求

2、维护公司现有客户以及开发新客户，处理客户需求，价格谈判，促进订单的完成

3、订单的跟踪以及客户回款完成

4、客户关系的维护，保持与客户良好的关系

职位要求：

本科学历，22-27岁，性别不限，重点大学全日制应届毕业优先

普通话流利清晰， 英文听说读写熟练

无需经验，入职有完善的培训，包括 商务，技术，谈判，市场风险，客户沟通技巧等等

有强烈的成功欲望，思路清晰，做事投入，行动迅速，精力充沛，爱好广泛，工作主动，能承担巨大的工作压力同时有信心在短期内通过自己的能力获得高业绩高收入

薪酬福利：保底无责任底薪5000人民币，每月业绩提成（1000USD到4000USD不等），年底全年任务完成奖（1000USD-30000USD不等），核心员工分红计划

Responsibilities:

1.Develop Asia, Europe, Electronic OEM/ODM/EMS manufacturers through phone or face-to-face visiting

2.Handling urgent inquiries from customer and responsible for customer satisfaction

3.Customer relationship management and keep good relAationship with customers.

4. Help customer to resell their excess stock.

5.Order tracking

Basic Requirements:

23-27 years old, Proven good track record as a sales representative specialist;

Must be fluent in English and Mandarin;

Experience in an IT / Electronic related sales industry is preferred but not a must;

Aggressive, Must be a self-starter, able to work independently, and passion for success is essential.

FRESH GRADUATE ACCEPTABLE, THOSE FROM FAMOUS UNIVERSITY PERFERED

Position Requirements:

Bachelor's degree with 1-3 years related experience or the equivalent in training and experience;

STRONG DESIRE TO BE SUCCESS, TO BE RICH

Mature, Self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility innovative, loyal, responsive, smart and sales-oriented team player;

Strong negotiating and interpersonal skills, aggressive sales personality capable of achieving significant quantitative results;

Highly preferred: Individual who is currently working in the broker market and able to bring existing customers to the table, as well as grow new business.
