PROJECT MANAGEMENT AT HAMA SHENZHEN

  

The Company HAMA® in Bavaria/ Germany is more than 90-year-old with more than 2500 employees worldwide; our creative products are used and appreciated daily by millions of people. 

We are expanding and we need your support to enlarge our supplier base, source innovative products with competitive price and fulfil the requirement for our OEM customers; at our Shenzhen subsidiary.

What you’ll need: PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE, SOURCING SKILLS AND GOOD ATTITUDE

KNOWLEDGE/ SKILLS

  

1. Source new suppliers, negotiation the price terms, meet customer requirements, work closely with customer and the headquarter for any sourcing request. Major responsibility includes but not limited to supplier selection; prepare request for quotation, quotation analysis, price checks and negotiation and supplier recommendation. Coach our suppliers to understand the ITS (Initial Technical Specification) and related requirements from our customer.

  

2. Follow up the new product development according to project timeline, manage sampling, production plan and all daily business practices, follow up the approval of artwork, offer sample, packaging sample, preproduction sample, golden sample approval process and follow the timeline strictly.

  

3. Work closely with factory and monitor production status to minimize risk of on-time delivery and quality problems, coordinate with QA/QC team to settle the problem that occurred in production/quality inspection.

  

4. Make sure correct information internal and external, promptly and effectively respond to customer inquiries, feedbacks and complains. …etc.,

ABILITIES / Personal Attributes

·        The incumbent must be performing the duties in a professional way with excellent manner. 

·        The incumbent must also demonstrate the following personal attributes; at least 3 year's sourcing working experience on various consumer electronics products such as any kind of headphones, mobile phone charger, different kind of USB cables, portable power-bank, portable Bluetooth speaker and so on.

·        Demonstrate sound work ethics and attitude.

·        Personal commitment and high performance, good time-management skill.

·        Good command of spoken and written English.

·        Good at MS office skills (Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint), College graduated or above.
