Your responsibilities will include: 

- Executing weekly commercial routines, including weekly campaigns preparation, performance KPIs update and performance steering actions setting 

- Understand campaign/promotion event plan and identify relevant assortment working with Commercial teams, being the bridge between African countries and Shenzhen team 

- Challenge your co-workers that they do the extra mile and provide the best offering in term of price and assortment 

- Implement and monitor commercial campaigns 

- Report on the event plan efficiency across countries internally and to brand/seller accounts. 

- Work closely with the JG commercial team to achieve revenue targets.

- Action oriented and results oriented 

- Strong analytical skills, Ability to analyze large data sets to make decisions 

- Independent with a strong ability to go further than the expectations 

- Strong interpersonal skills: no shy to drive great things done 

- Proficiency in MS Office and Excel
