职位描述
Be part of an expanding urban advisory consultancy team with focus on providing innovative and practical solutions to client's business and investment challenges.
Undertake urban planning work on large-scale development projects in China and overseas at the land planning and investment feasibility stage.
Work closely with the project strategy, urban consultancy and design teams to deliver the land use planning work, including project positioning, conceptual planning, development framework and statutory planning requirements.
At least 15 years post-qualification experience for the director position.
Previously in a similar role with planning, architecture or landscape design companies preferred.
Must have China experience.
Preferably bilingual in both Chinese and English, but not essential.
