-        Perform the joint analysis for field defects, and level 2 analysis for in-plant defects, together with the 3rd party VQE team, by using different kinds of quality tools.

-        Work out the quick reactivity plan (e.g. part sorting, in-plant rework…) to protect production.

-        Drive supplier corrective actions implementation on supplier site, including sorting, temporary solution (EDR), rework activity, GP12, definitive solution, and record into quality IT system, visits to suppliers if needed.

-        Provide supplier feedback to 3rd party and follow up validation and traceability of guaranteed parts on line.

-        Ensure parts supply are stable with quality guaranteed.

-        Lead parts modification proposal (provide PEPP A3, ECR), validation and implementation, in case of design change requested by supplier to solve non-conformity issues.

-        Evaluate the impact on DS, in case of product/process change on parts, requested from the 3rd party.

-        Regular supplier quality performance report to SQE supervisor.

-        Support to analyse, investigate defects in field, visit dealers with flying engineer if needed.

Be the key bridge person between the supplier and PSA, between supplier and the 3rd party (CAPSA) to communicate part quality status. 

任职要求：

-        > 3 years of work experience in quality or other process critical operations, major in mechanism, assembly, molding…

-        Good quality tool knowledge (3D measurements, dimension chain…), excellent capability for trouble shooting and reporting.

-        Ability to evaluate and analyze data to make decisions of part failure mode.

-        Passionate and responsible in following up on issues until a final solution is achieved and sustained process improvements are deployed and verified.

-        Excellent communication, both internally with the team and externally with 3rd party and suppliers.

-        Familiar with MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Experience with automotive plant quality is a plus.
