深圳招聘

1、负责海外产品（厨房小家电如：电压力锅、电饭煲、咖啡机、破壁机、空气炸锅、电烤箱等）的设计开发，参与结构设计，参与评审、开模跟进、试产、量产问题处理；

2、负责对产品进行技术优化改进、工艺优化改进；

3、负责新品项目管理，项目洽谈等；

4、负责新品研发到量产过程中与OEM工厂的项目组对接与沟通；

5、改进完善产品工艺细节，产品质量管控跟踪，问题分析解决,制定、审核零部件、成品的检验标准等相关工作。

任职资格:

1、学历：本科及以上，理工科，机械类专业尤佳；

2、英语口语流利，可作为工作语言；

3、工作经验：5年以上专业技术工作经验，有海外家电技术领域从业经验优先考虑。

4、熟悉电热类家电的产品结构设计，熟悉塑料/五金模具结构、熟悉塑胶/五金成型工艺；

5、了解相关生产工艺，了解相关产品标准；

6、具有良好的沟通协作、团队合作精神，能承受较强的工作压力；

7、适应珠三角及长三角出差；

8、适应与北美公司的时差会议。
