Production Process Engineer 生产工艺工程师

Location: Huizhou/Dongguan 工作地点：惠州

Report to: Production Engineering Manager汇报对象：生产工程经理

As a production process engineer in the organization, you will work directly with RD research team / project manager/ quality team / EMS factories, transfer the design into mass production with low MFG cost, high quality

作为生产工艺工程师，你将和研发,项目经理，品质，EMS代工厂一起努力，将设计产品以低成本，高品质的实现大批量生产。

Your primary responsibilities will initially include主要职责如下:

1. Lead cost-saving of manufacturing from initial design phase to mass production. Evaluate cycle time/ST, UPH and line balance improvement.

负责从设计开始到量产阶段的制造成本的节省，评估工时，生产线平衡等。

2. Lead new product DFM (Involved from prototype to MP) study to ensure product meets manufacturing requirements.

主导新产品DFM的研究，让产品能够符合生产制造要求

3. Validate NPI process development.

主导新产品生产工艺的开发。

4. As a technical project lead, working with project manager to make sure contractor manufacturer is ready for new product build and followup the build status

作为工程技术的主导者, 确保代工厂做好新产品导入的准备工作并跟进状态。

5.Followup NPI production & NPI manufacturing issue, trouble-shooting and close it in time.

跟进NPI的生产，主导NPI生产问题的分析，并及时解决。

6. Lead SMT, FATP process development & qualification in contractor manufacturer’s factory including fixture designing and production parameter development

负责SMT, 组装生产工艺的开发，包括生产夹具和相关工艺参数的制定。

7. Review/validate SOP in CM, make sure CM manufacturing are in readiness.

审批检查工厂的SOP确保生产流程没问题。

8. Host NPI meeting and summary all the NPI building issue, close related issues by working with RD and Quality team。主持NPI会议，总结NPI的问题，和研发品质一起关闭NPI的相关问题点。

Requirements要求:

1. College degree or above on IE, or electrical engineering.大专以上，IE/电子相关专业
2. Minimum of 8 years manufacturing related experiences in factory. 8年以上的工厂相关制造经验
3. Rich Experience in NPI management and IE,PE. 有丰富的NPI管理和PE,IE的经验
4. Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese, preferred English.普通话精通，懂英语更好。
5. Good communication and cooperation in cross functional team. 跨部门的沟通能力和合作能力
6. Proactive and take ownership，aggressive 积极主动，有责任心,有进取心
7. Comprehensive knowledge of product manufacturing, SMT, ASSY，etc 对电子产品的制造过程有全面的了解,SMT 和组装等
8. 有专业的IE经验和 lean改善经验，加分项

       Greenlight Planet 是由 T.
