Responsibilities: 

· To prepare inspection itinerary upon receipt of inspection schedule from the QC coordinator.

· To perform inspection adherence to SOP and quality standard and issue inspection report.

· To issue cargo release certificate for orders passed inspection.                                                       

· To work with factory management to correct quality problem, if required.

· To check with merchandisers and QA to clarify if any requirement is not clear.

· To prepare weekly inspection result statistical report, i.e. inspection summary report

· Ad. hoc project as assigned by Management

Requirements:

· 3 years or above relevant working experience in Hardgoods product production or quality control field ,better to have a part of EE/Furniture/Toys inspection experience.

· Technical qualification in the products handled.

· Good understanding of quality requirements for the products handled and AQL standard.

· Good capability for defect and negative finding judgement and defects classification. 

· Good personality with high integrity.

· Good command of English for effective inspection requirement reading and inspection report writing.

· Good interpersonal skill of working with factory people for problem solving under pressure.
