1. Be aware of the demands of business department and provide workable solutions and ensure the implementation.

   了解业务部门的人力资源工作需求，为业务部门提供有效的解决方案并实施； 

2. Organize and arrange recruitment and interview according to business department’s requirement.

   结合业务部门需求，组织安排人员招聘及面试； 

3. Take part in and make company’s annual training plan;  Complete the organization and implementation of various training programs.

   参与公司年度培训规划，制定培训计划，完成各类培训项目的组织和实                

 任职资格 (Qualification)：

1. More than 3 years of relevant working experience

   3年以上相关工作经验 

2. Good Command of English as working language

   英语良好，能作为工作语言 

3. Be familiar with Labor Law and related human resource administrative regulations

   熟悉劳动法及相关人事行政法规 

4. Good language skill and communication skill; Good command of office software (Word、Excel 、PowerPoint…)

   良好的语言表达能力及沟通技能，熟练使用办公室操作软件（Word、Excel、PowerPoint...）
