The IT-桌面支持工程师 will be based in Shenzhen/NanShan.

We are looking for someone who demonstrates:

Here is a glimpse of what you’ll do:

• 与其他IT工程师紧密配合，对公司内部与IT相关的硬件（包括电脑、电话、打印机、扫描仪、服务器、传真等）及软件安装等方面提供一线支持，旨在公司IT政策要求下为公司提供可靠的网络环境及技术支持，从而确保公司业务在IT层面的良好运行。
• 办公电脑支持，含笔记本电脑及台式电脑的软硬件更换或安装；
• 其他IT设备，如服务器、打印机、扫描仪、电话、投影仪及传真机等的终端使用支持及定期维护；
• AD账户、VPN及终端用户的权限管理；
• 配合其他IT工程师提供基础的网络支持；
• IT资产管理：登记、核查及定期盘点；
• IT设备或物资的采购申请、分发及管理；

Here is some of what you’ll need (required):

• 专科及以上学历，计算机科学、信息系统、软件工程等相关专业；
• 具备良好的英语读写能力；
• 1年以上相关工作经验,具备超过100个终端设备环境1年以上桌面管理工作经验优先;
• 熟练安装和使用微软windows 操作系统;
• 熟悉微软AD活动目录的操作;
• 具备基本的硬件知识，比如：PC、打印机、电话等;
• 具备基本的网络知识; 有数据备份经验的优先;
• 有服务器管理工作经验的优先;
• 良好的沟通能力和学习能力及客户服务意识；
