岗位职责:

1、协助副总记录工作事项的落实执行，资料的归档整理，协助审核金蝶系统单据。

2、组织部门/团队会议，准备会议资料，并做好会议记录，跟进问题落实。

3、更新每日、每周、每月、每季度的部门资料，汇总相关数据并提交副总审核。

4、起草部门的工作规划、流程或文案，编写内部培训PPT资料。

5、记录部门各人员日常工作表现，收集工作案例和工作意见。

6、采购部信息的上下传达，部门活动策划及部门费用管理、各事项确认。

7、与公司其他部门的工作配合、提交资料、信息传递。

任职要求：

1、大专及以上学历，有文秘或行政管理相关专业，

2、1年以上有相关岗位经验者优先

3、熟悉办公软件（word、excel、PPT等），有较好的文字功底

4、做事责任心强、细心严谨、有条理性，能够判断轻重缓急；

5、能承受工作压力，具备解决问题的自主能力、独立工作能力、工作推进力、极强执行力；

6、对事情有一定的见解，能够进行分析和总结，做到观察、记录、学习；

7、性格外向友善，乐于交流表达。
