2.Conduct contract negotiation and renewal with customer

3.Manage customer escalations, incl. customer’s requirements, concerns, complaints and service issues, and work with operation team in developing resolutions

4.Conduct regular business review / QBR with assigned customers for continuous service improvement

5.Conduct analysis on customer’s P&L and KPIs to identify focus area for improvements

6.Anticipate proactively customer needs and changes and offer corresponding new solutions. Provide regular updates to senior management on customer’s initiatives and strategies to facilitate developing strategic account development plan

7.Business development and growth for potential new accounts

8.Work closely and support solutions team to identify and achieve CIP for major customer

9.Work closely with RDC and Region to monitor and follow up KPI, stock count, POD return, audits and corrective actions to achieve the target from customer

10.Take other tasks assigned by the Business VP if required

Technical

1. Above 8 years working experience as Account Manager/Business Development Manager for international logistics accounts

2. In-depth knowledge of Transportation and Warehouse Logistics Operations

3. Good project management knowledge and skills

4.Sales / business development experience

Business

1.WMS / SAP / JDE system principles

2.Financial Accounting principles

Human Relations

1. Good negotiating skills, presentation skills, Leadership

2. Good analytical/planning skills and problem solving skills

3.Result oriented and team spirit
