职位描述
任职资格
1.中专/高中及以上学历 ；
2.有2年以上电子厂品质组长经验；
3. 1、 熟悉手机SMT、组装生产过程,熟悉生产质理管理体系;
岗位职责
1.业务开展执行：负责根据QC团队制定的业务开展事项进行业务开展、业务输出、业务的定期总结；
2.业务开展推动：负责对巡查/生产/检验过程发现的问题向部门上级管理者汇报及向相关部门管理者反馈，并协同相关部门分析、解决问题；
3.QC人员培训与管理实施：
A、根据QC团队制定的作业规范要求，并对新进员工/代检进行业务技能培训
根据各项目的特点进行QC团队成员的组建，并对人员进行工作有效管理；4. 工厂QC拦截能力提升：
A、 通过对工厂QC的培训和监督，提高工厂QC的问题发现能力及拦截能力
协助QC工程师根据QC各段数据的实际达成状况，推动工厂提升制程质量保证能力，及达成事项的落地跟进、效果反馈；
5. 其它事基项：积极配合领导工作，完成上级领导交付的工作和任务。
