工作职责：

1. 完成新型软包装材料的开发工作，负责实验设计及试验过程的安排，工艺参数的确定，跟踪及数据的整理分析,结果的汇报；
2. 对新材料进行各种技术指标测试与评估；
3. 完成镀铝纸相关测试方法的验证，新实验方法的设计与确定，编制相关STP文件；
4. 完成镀铝纸实验室及生产所需要相关设备的采购任务，通过不断的和供应商沟通，签订合同，完成采购任务；
5. 查询相关技术资料，通过实验验证，制定技术标准，供采购和质检作参考；
6. 撰写专利技术文件，专利的申报。

任职要求：

1. 本科及以上学历，CET6级或以上，高分子、材料学、包装工程等相关专业；
2. 熟炼掌握OFFICE常用办公软件的使用；
3. 熟悉塑料的合成、加工工艺和改性等知识；
4. 具备较好的创新能力，思路清晰，沟通协调能力好。
