RESPONSIBILITIES

· Co-define the user experience so as to maximize value

Help business team to clarify the business needs so that user journey and functions are clearly defined.

Ensure there is a clear business value identified for each requirement and help business team to formalize objectives (estimate ROI, define success criteria, KPIs targets).

Write the business/functional requirement documents (specification, user stories, RFI/RFP) and validate them with business users and domain leader.

· Lead the functional design to guarantee user satisfaction and sustainability of the solution

Deliver the functional design of the solution, which can include: user interface, use case diagram, user story mapping, functional diagram, data flowchart.

Make sure to get advice from your peers or community and validate the functional design with relevant project stakeholders.

Perform a gap analysis with existing solutions and make sure we privilege open source mindset (reuse - contribute - create & share).

In the case of an outsourced solution, You make sure the solution can meet both business and IT requirements and that it can adapt to future needs.

· Play as a team in build & run mode

Update regularly teammates about commitments and progresses, as well as any difficulty or observe in the project.

Provide any other functional information that tech team require before and during the development (eg: Help them define the right API input/outputs, data model, etc.).

Ensure we have a clear test plan and clear success criteria for each function before going to development.

In run mode, Partner with users and technical teams to analyze issues and to propose changes that will improve user satisfaction and product quality.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- Up to 5 years of Consulting & Platform experience;

- Have right attitude, adaptability, analytical and delivery focused;

- Experience working on Digital Transformation Project as Business Analyst;

- Worked on Agile project;

- Put the users of solutions at the center of attention

- Technology enthusiast, Care about how things work and can successfully collaborate with technical experts

- Have experience working on solution design (eg: UML design, API design, functions of each module, data modelling) and requirement analysis (eg: User story mapping, user flow design)

- Have a good understanding of IT solutions and technical landscape

- Have good documentation and organization skills, attention to detail is a must

- Fluent in both Chinese and English.

- Able to work cross-team or cross-department in an agile way or organization. Having international project cooperation experience is a plus
