RESPONSIBILITIES

· Design the common data architecture asset including framework, principle, guideline and template to guide the delivery team realize an optimized solution

· Design the detailed data architecture includes data governance, master data strategy, master data management, data quality, data modeling, ETL approach, data storage etc.

· Design optimal data warehouse and analytics solution to fulfill the business/technical requirement.

· Develop business intelligence and data management solution plan. The solution plan includes requirements, solution design, estimation, project plan and implementation considerations

· Identify the gap between business requirement and data architecture and propose solution to resolve or shorten the gap.

· Shaping and leading large-scale analytics project full lifecycle implementation activities.

· Manage delivery team or vendor to achieve project objective and establish the KPI to monitor the progress, risk and issue.

· Introduce leading practice and data management trend.

· Ability to do the top-level design of big data information architecture for specific projects, and provide business consulting and technical consulting services to customers.

· Tap into the deep needs of big data industries, including big data solutions in industries such as manufacturing, energy, CMT, public services, and more.

· Organize customer communication and communication, form project proposals, and complete project delivery.

· Focus on big data technology trends and provide valuable solutions for our customers.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor's degree or above in related majors: Data Science, Economics, Statistics, etc.

- Excellent multi-party communication and project management skills.

- Excellent data architecture expertise, master data management, BI, CDP, DMP, data warehouse, CRM and other technical fields.

- Consulting and design experience with big data, or Internet big data products.

- 5 years of big data platform architecture design and large-scale project implementation experience.

- Fluent in both English and Chinese.
