职位描述
Mission of Function:
Conduct daily purchaisng activities for assigned outsourced Indirect material and Serivce
Responsibility:
-Receive/check PR(Purchase Requisition), and convert the PR to PO in SAP
-Maintain Purchasing data base in SAP.
-Ensure on-time arrival within scope to fulfill the customer's requirement.
-Handle claims concerning delivery quantity, quality,delivery time and payment
-Assist the responsible Commodity Strategy with action plan implementation.
-RFQ(Request for Quotation) and Benchmarking at total cost level based on Comodity Strategy.
-Negotiate contracts with suppliers for best conditions and prices in line with the individual goal settings
-Proactively use the purchasing network to achieve maximum performance and participate in relevant CBT(Commodity Business Team).
-Create/implement MCP(Material Cost Productivity) project for CNI (Contribution to Net Income)
-Process Suppiler Management (supplier selection, development, audit, selection, evaluation and development) with OSRAM
-Contribute to supply base optimization based on commodity strategy
-Contribute to purchasing process continual improvement and ensure purchasing activity to align with purchasing policy
Requirements:
- College graduate or above
-Education in technical discipline or business administration
-Good English in writing and listening,basic in speaking
-Knowledge of purchasing process,knowledge of supplier management
-MS office tools, like Excel, Access, Word, etc.
-Working experience in multinational company is preferred
