职位描述
Responsibilities:
- Issue preliminary 8-D report locally within 48 hours.
- Issue RMA reports for production and Marketing RMA return, and release RMA numbers for customer.
- Issue Market research report on monthly basis.
- Hold monthly quality meeting with customer.
- Issue monthly quality report on Customer basis.
- Responsible for negotiation, after-sale service, LCD verification or sorting, quality & design technical support and assist in LCD promotion.
Requirements:
- University graduate in Electronic Engineering.
- 3 years experience in LCD QA, especially in small & medium size panels.
- Fluent in spoken and written English is a must.
- Spoken Japanese is an advantage.
- Frequent business trip in South China.
- Strong independence and team work spirit.
- Good communication skills with multi-department and suppliers, international enterprise working experience is preferred.
- Station in Shenzhen
