生产主管的工作职责：
　1．对公司生产管理负全面责任；
2．领导建立和完善质量管理制度，组织实施并监督、检查生产质量体系的运行；
3．随时掌握生产过程中的质量状态，协调各部门之间的沟通与合作，及时解决生产中出现的问题；
4．组织落实、监督调控生产过程各项工艺、质量、设备、成本、产量指标等；
5．领导、管理工厂维护部门对工厂基础设备维护，保证生产现场能够正常生产，设备处于良好状态；
6．指导、监督、检查所属下级的各项工作，掌握工作情况和有关数据；
7．综合平衡年度生产任务，制定下达月度生产计划，做到均衡生产；
生产主管工作内容：
　1、生产计划拟定，生产及物料进度控制与跟进,外协加工管理,产协销调 ；
　2、物料订购．生产数据统计分析及提交； 生产负荷评估，外协作业跟进；
　3、生产计划审核，生产数据统计分析，部门之间协调，出货交期回复，人员调配；
　4、库存利用 生产排单，生产异常处理，主持生产会议，8S推行；
　5、生产进度控制，生产异常纠正与预防，员工培训，员工绩效考核 ；
任职要求：
1、大专以上学历，性别不限，年龄28～35岁；
2、有3年以上生产管理经验，熟悉半导体封装生产流程（简历上请注明原公司做过的产品）；
3、能吃苦耐劳、承担责任、善于沟通，处事果断，有魄力。
