Telesales MIS Analyst/ 业务分析员

Scope of Roles:
·The primary purpose of this position is to develop and maintain a database to capture the Team’s performance accurately, and produce management reports timely.
·The secondary purpose is to support Compliance & administration tasks.

·支援合规和行政任务为次要目的。

Key Responsibilities/Challenges:
Key Support Delivery
·To support the data input of individual performance;
·To produce weekly & monthly productivity reports;
·To produce management reports including, but not limit to KPI, SOP, campaigns result, individual score card and COPC reports;
·To support Managers on data analysis;
·To develop and support staff recognition / motivation program for the Team;
·To provide administration support to the Team.

Risk Management
·To comply with the control requirements in the laid down procedures or Manual relevant to your job responsibilities in the Contact Centre;
·To comply with all applicable money laundering prevention procedures and, in particular, report any suspicious activity to the Unit Money Laundering Prevention Officer and line manager;
·To comply with all relevant policies and procedures covering regulatory, local and group requirements.

主要支援服务
·支援个人成绩的资料输入；
·完成每周和每月的效率报告；
·完成管理报告,包括但不限制於关键业绩指标, SOP, 推广成绩, 个人比分卡和COPC报告；
·向经理提供资料/数据分析；
·为团队制定奖励及激励的活动；
·为团队提供行政支援。

风险管理
·遵守与呼叫中心工作职责相关的程序及控制的要求；
·遵守所有适用的反洗黑钱程序，尤其是向反洗黑钱专责职员和直属上司报告任何可疑活动；
·遵守所有相关的政策和程序，包括所有监管规条，本地及集团的要求。

Selection Criteria:
·University degree, major in Statistics or MIS or Mathematics related subject;
·Knowledgeable on statistics, and database software e.g. Excel, Access;
·Quantity and quality of regular MIS reports;
·Working experience in Business Analyst in Bank is an advantage;
·Fluency in both written and spoken English & Cantonese;
·A team player;
·Have patience, motivation, good time management, hardworking and able to work under pressure.
