职位描述

岗位职责:

1.协助人事经理处理各项人事行政工作

2.办理外籍员工入境、就业及居留的各项事宜

3.完成人事经理及公司经理指派的其他工作

岗位要求:

1.英语听、说、读、写流利,所有面试环节均为英语面试

2.1-2年以上人力资源工作经验


Responsibilities:
· Support HR Managemer in dealing with general HR issues: recruitment, C&B, performance management and training in accordance with business requirements and objectives
· Assist HR manager to develop & review HR policies and procedures according to business demands.
· Provide guidance and leadership to the business partner regarding HR policies to ensure compliance with all local and national labor laws and regulations.
· Develop and implement integration and orientation programs for new employees.
· Work with the local government authority to ensure legal compliance.
· Implement appropriate communication tools and systems to ensure effective flow of information.
· Managing foreign employee's immigration issues, such as visa, work and resident permits.
· Require travel to other part of China for office set up or other tasks assign

Requirements:
· College graduate with 2 years or above relevant experience in human resources field.
· Work experience with sizable foreign investment IT companies with solid knowledge to different HR & people development initiatives.
· Familiarize with HR information system set up and running and HR policies & procedures review
· Good command of spoken and written English.
· Strong teamwork and a good coach
A plus:
· Good English

Responsibilities:


Corporate:
· Support General Management in dealing with general HR issues: recruitment, C&B, performance management and training in accordance with business requirements and objectives
· Develop & review HR policies and procedures according to business demands.
China:
· Oversee all HR function responsibilities in China: recruitment, salary survey and review, payroll and tax admin, employee relations, support Office Managers and Departmental Managers with performance review and daily trainings, etc.
· Provide guidance and leadership to the business partner regarding HR policies to ensure compliance with all local and national labor laws and regulations.
· Manage reward & recognition program, and company activity.
· Develop and implement integration and orientation programs for new employees.
· Work with the local government authority to ensure legal compliance.
· Implement appropriate communication tools and systems to ensure effective flow of information.
· Managing foreign employee's immigration issues, such as visa, work and resident permits.
· Require travel to other part of China for office set up or other tasks assign

Requirements:


· College graduate with 10 years or above relevant experience in human resources field, with minimum 3 years in managerial level
· Work experience with sizable foreign investment IT companies with solid knowledge to different HR & people development initiatives.
· Ability to work with Senior Managers from Canada and foreign employees
· Sound HR and labour/ IT law of Shenzhen also preferably plus other cities
· Familiarize with HR information system set up and running and HR policies & procedures review
· Good command of spoken and written English.
· Strong leadership, team player and a good coach
