Job requirement:
1. College degree or above, 2 years Customer Service work experience in electronic Parts and Components.
2. Familiar with China and oversea customer Order handling and follow up.
3. Experience in PCB related Business is an advantage.
4. Hard working, independent responsibility & teamwork.
5. Good MS Office computer skills.
6. Good spoken and written English.

1. Responsible to ensure the smooth operation on the day to day customer services activities to win the good satisfaction.
2. Perform order administration such as Order Received/Release/Follow up.
3. Coordinate with PCB supplier to ensure timely and smooth shipment.
4. Handle customer complaints and claims and coordinator for Quality team.
5. Take an active role in the valued performance on daily work.
6. Ensure efficient and effective customer service with focus on safety, quality, delivery and cost.
