1. 能够看懂产品设计原理图，熟练识别电路PCB板和各类板上元件，并能够通过分析，测试，排除产品故障。撰写缺陷诊断分析指南，缩短诊断时间。

2. 能够根据量产过程中的维修情况，总结各类有规律的量产故障，并指导生产部门集中排除。

3. 收集分析维修数据，反馈给工艺制程进行改善。

4. 按时按量完成维修任务，并做好维修记录.

5.  能熟练使用烙铁、风枪，更换PCBA上贴片原件，并能熟练使用万用表、示波仪。

6. 负责产线带板产品的不良维修；

7. 产线PCBA板功能不良分析及维修；

8. 熟练掌握焊锡操作技能；

9. 熟练掌握PCBA维修技能，能看懂电子电路图者优先。

10. 有一年以上工作经验者优先。
