个人素质要求：

对电子元器件及其代理商有一定接触和了解；

良好的沟通能力、谈判能力和成本意识；

积极主动、勤奋踏实，责任心强，思维敏捷，具备良好的分析能力；

有一定的英文读写能力，能与海外供应商进行邮件沟通；

熟练使用word, excel等办公软件，有ERP使用经验更优。
