Job Responsibilities: 

 

1. Generate the shipping report and review the stock on hand, and warehouse work capacity, align with the planner and CSP to daily shipment.

2. Review the trade terms of delivery note and see shipping instruction to decide the forwarder and shipping methods. If necessary, need to communicate with customers or CSP to get the forwarder and shipping methods.

3. According to the product and box size, arrange the cartons, and decide the weight. Generate the pick slip to make the daily shipping report.

4. Make out the Waybill and check & confirm the shipment in the end.

5. Make the monthly shipment reports.

6. Support and cooperate other teamwork to make sure everyday shipment smoothly.

 

Job Requirement:

1. Have enough English to communicate with customer in oral and written

2. Familiar with Microsoft Office, Oracle and be sensitive to digitals

3. Have rich knowledge and experience of delivery knowledge, world trade terms.

4. Have rich knowledge and experience of warehouse outbound operation system.

5. At least 3 years logistics or warehouse experience.
