任职资格:
1、大学专科及以上学历,有互联网/HR行业产品销售经验者优先;
2、具备良好的销售意识和电话沟通技巧,普通话、英文流利;
3、富有开拓精神和良好的团队合作意识,有很好的学习和沟通能力,应变能力和解决问题的能力;
4、积极热情、敬业爱岗、心理素质佳、较强的抗压能力
5、市场推广相关工作经验者或者相关人力软件销售者优先。
岗位职责
1、通过培训,熟练掌握人才测评及人才管理产品;
2、通过电话及面谈,直接与客户进行沟通,为客户提供人才测评及人才管理解决方案;
3、利用公司平台资源,与各大企业HR部门保持良好关系,挖掘客户需求,完成销售任务。
4.英文 听说读写流利。
