• Implement industrial strategy for Division 
• Define the key performance indicators for supplier improvement program 
• Coordinate with experts group to regularly conduct LEAN assessment at manufacturing sites 
• Support manufacturing partners define improvement projects to ensure Quality, Delivery and Productivity improvement meet the business requirement 
• Install project monitoring and control mechanism to oversee the project progress 
• Provide coaching and training to the manufacturing partners on LEAN methodology 
• Support the KAM for contract negotiation

You Are

• Open minded and self motivation, willing to learn and willing to take challenge in dynamic environment. 
• Engineering background, familiar with Production/Quality/Engineering/Supply Chain process. 
• A team worker, listen and contribute in the team successes, strong owner ship and responsibilities. 
• Eager to win, strong execution and problem solving ability. 
• An impressive - yet pragmatic - business acumen, rooted in seamless communication and multitasking skills 
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and a natural affinity with IT tools and social media platforms
